© 2026 BREW & BLISS. Freshly decocted hill chai.
Slow-simmered single-estate teas, authentic spices, and hand-sculpted terracotta kulhads crafted for true connoisseurs.
In 1894, a single copper kettle and a handful of crushed cardamom pods turned a dusty roadside corner into the place the whole street gathered.
Four generations later, that kettle still sits at the heart of our counter. We have added a quiet tea house, single-estate leaves and a tasting bar, but the ritual has never changed: boil slowly, pour generously and never rush a guest.

Our founder pours the first cup of spiced chai for travellers and traders passing through the market crossing.
Hand-thrown clay cups replace glass, and the earthy scent of fresh kulhad becomes part of every pour.
A calm indoor room with a tasting bar lets guests slow down and explore single-estate leaves beyond the stall.
Our loyalty programme turns regulars into family, rewarding every cup with Leaves that return as warmth.

Chai is not a drink you rush. It is a pause you pour, a leaf you respect and a seat you offer to a stranger.
Every batch simmers at its own pace. We never boil a shortcut into the cup, because patience is the first ingredient.
Single-estate leaf and whole spices, bought straight from growers we know by name and crushed fresh at the counter.
Our counter belongs to the whole street. Whether you come for one cup or an afternoon, there is always a place for you.
Each cup on our menu follows its own method. Heat, time and patience are measured by hand, then trusted to instinct.

Slow, rich and unhurried.
Whole cardamom, ginger and saffron simmered with full-cream milk until the cup turns the colour of late sunlight.

Bold, brisk and unapologetic.
Strong Assam leaf boiled hard with fresh ginger and a pinch of fennel, for the chai that wakes up a whole street.

Light, bright and quietly spiced.
A clear black tea finished with lemon, mint and a whisper of clove, served warm in a glass at the end of a long meal.
Nothing in our kettle comes from a packet. We buy direct from growers we know by name, then crush, pound and steep everything fresh at the counter.

Malty and bold, the backbone of every kadak we pour.

Crushed to order for a cool, floral sweetness.

Pounded every morning for a clean, warm bite.

A few threads turn karak into liquid gold.

Warm, sweet and woody, a quiet finish in every cup.
